Jody Roberts

Founder & Head of Dispositions

Jody Roberts is the founder of Ace Holdings and brings over 15 years of experience in real estate, with a strong focus on development, investment strategy, and new construction. A graduate of Samford University with a degree in Business Management — and a former varsity football player — Jody applies the same drive and discipline to every project he takes on.

At Ace, he leads all development efforts, works directly with sellers, and partners closely with investors on everything from fix and flips to full-scale new builds and multi-unit townhome communities. His hands-on leadership and deep market knowledge continue to shape the vision and growth of the company. Jody enjoys spending his free time with his family, living a healthy lifestyle and giving back to his community by serving on the Board at the Cumberland Heights.

Cade Uehling

Operations & Communication

Cade graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree in Business Management and plays a key role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. While his background includes acquisitions and dispositions, his current focus is on bridging communication between our partners in California, internal systems, and the team on the ground. Cade helps coordinate operations, manage software tools, and ensure everyone stays aligned and moving forward.

Tyler Woods

Head of Acquisitions

With five years of hands-on experience in investment real estate, Tyler has built a reputation centered around transparency, integrity, and results. From sourcing value-add opportunities to executing successful acquisitions and exits, his focus has always been on delivering long-term value while keeping communication clear and honest with clients, partners, and investors. Real estate is about people as much as it is about property — and Tyler is here to build both, with honesty every step of the way.

Sav Mohammed

Sales & Project Management

Sav brings a strong background in residential real estate to her role at Ace Holdings, where she focuses on both client-facing sales and internal project management. She works directly with clients throughout the buying and selling process — handling pricing, listing prep, negotiations, and contract-to-close coordination. Her focus is always on creating a smooth, results-driven experience for every client.

In addition to sales, Sav supports project management across active real estate projects — helping oversee timelines, maintain communication, and keep daily operations on track. Her ability to stay hands-on, responsive, and focused on execution makes her an essential part of keeping both projects and the business moving forward.

Tracey Little

Controller & Accounting

Tracey Little is an experienced financial professional who oversees accounting and financial operations for Ace Holdings. After earning her Bachelor of Science degree from Middle Tennessee State University with a major in Marketing and a minor in Business Administration, Tracey built a successful career in the financial services industry. Her professional background spans several industries, including banking, real estate accounting, construction, and finance. A lifelong resident of Franklin, TN, Tracey enjoys spending her time outside of work with her family and supporting various charitable causes.
